What it is not
- Not a cheese slicer for portions or sandwiches
- Not a blade-first system for cutting the cheese body
- Not a general plastic-wrapper opener
- Not a universal food peeler
- Not a large industrial machine
CheezCut is intentionally narrow in scope. That focus is part of its value: one repeated action, one clear problem, and one purpose-built response.
CheezCut is a focused utility concept for separating the wax-like outer rind around Gouda cheese. The idea is not to cut the cheese body. The idea is to improve the interaction with the outer layer that people often remove manually.
The concept gains value through specificity. The task already exists in kitchens, prep environments, and food handling. It is repeated, slightly awkward, and often done without a dedicated tool.
A tightly defined tool is easier to explain, prototype, test, and position. CheezCut keeps its scope clear on purpose.
CheezCut is presented as a concept-stage project by Amir Mobasheraghdam. The website is designed for professional presentation, early positioning, and exploratory discussion.
